PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display monitor with a tilting mechanism capable of changing a motion angle range even when normally used (when viewed by a user) or maintained. SOLUTION: A raised portion 321 for stopper, in addition to a raised portion 321 for limiting a tilting angle, is set in a member 32 at a monitor body side of a hinge 3, and a stopper contact part 51a limiting a rotation of the raised portion is set in a removable cover 5a. When normally used, the stopper contact part 51a of the cover 51 limits the rotation of the raised portion 321 for stopper and prevents the monitor body 1 from tilting largely. When maintained, the cover 51 is removed, the raised portion 321 for limiting the tilting angle can be moved to an end 311a of a groove 311, then the monitor body 1 can be greatly tilted.
