PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake resonator capable of reducing an intake pulsating noise by relaxing as less a peak of rebound as possible. SOLUTION: The intake resonator is provided with an opening 2 for a resonator set in an intake pipe 1, a resonance box 3 set in so as to cover the opening for the resonator, and a setting engagement 8 engaging an edge 4 of the opening for resonance, has a holder 6 attached to the intake pipe at the setting engagement and a resonance pipe 11 not only held in the holder but also communicating the intake pipe and the resonance box but also protruding into the resonance box. The resonance pipe is comprised of an enclosure made of an air permeable material for the all length thereof.
