PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device easily converted from for the right operation to for the left operation and applicable to a large-size rolling blind. SOLUTION: The rolling bind is so formed that a winding shaft 3 is rotatably supported between a pair of support members, a screen 4 is suspended from the winding shaft 3, the winding shaft 3 is rotated by the operation of the operation device to raise/lower the screen 4, and an energizing device 5 applying the rotating force in the rolling-up direction of the screen 4 to the winding shaft 3 is provided in the winding shaft 3. This operation device is constituted of a pair of rotation force transmission means 7a and 8a rotatably supported to the pair of support members respectively with a fulcrum of the energizing device 5 secured to the one support member 2a and transmittable of the rotation force to the winding shaft 3, and an operation means provided at least either one of the rotation force transmission means 7a and 8a and rotating the rotation force transmission means 7a and 8a.
