SOLUTION: Rack-like teeth 5 are formed in the middle part of a shaft part 4 of a hinge pin 2 inserted in a hinge main body 1, teeth provided on a rotating shaft 6 having an engagement part 8 for a driver or the like at the head part 7 are meshed with the teeth 5 of the hinge pin 2. The rotating shaft 6 is rotatably mounted on the hinge main body 1, and a member for regulating rotation of the rotating shaft 6 is provided on the shaft.
