PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a large diametral pile installable by reducing the penetration resistance and to provide a penetration steel pipe pile capable of sufficiently bringing out a support force as a pile. SOLUTION: In a rotary penetration steel pipe pile 1 provided with a blade provided with a steel pipe 2 from which the front end is cut off spirally and a spiral fixed in a shape corresponding to the front end, the blade 3 passes through the center from a point on the outer periphery of a circular steel plate and has a cut which reaches the contact position of the blade and the inner periphery of the steel pipe and further, the angle made by the outer peripheral part and the shaft of the steel pile 2 is formed in almost right angle and the front end opening of the steel pipe 2 is substantially closed and fixed as features.
