PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber elastic paving material which is excellent in the modulus of elasticity and the strength and suppressing the lowering of the sliding frictional coefficient in the time of getting wet. SOLUTION: The rubber elastic pavement material is a vulcanized rubber elastic body, an aggregate and a binder which are mixed and shaped. A part of the said vulcanized rubber elastic member is constituted of at least a part of a rubber elastic pavement member constituted of crushed transmission belts, in the rubber elastic pavement material.
