PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition having a well balanced mechanical strength and toughness, and also having good heat resistance, dimensional stability and vibration-damping properties. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition is manufactured by melt mixing of 100 pts.wt. of the polyolefin resin (A) and 0.5-100 pts.wt. of a liquid crystal resin (B), wherein a melt viscosity ratio of the polyolefin resin (A) to the liquid crystal resin (B) ([melt viscosity of the polyolefin resin (A)]/[melt viscosity of the crystal resin(B)]) is from 0.3 to less than 1.2 at the melt mixing temperature and shear rate of 1000 (1/sec.) are used as a component (A) and a component (B).
