PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition including vitamin K and method for preparation of the same excellent in preservation stability, especially in light stability and stability in a warm condition. SOLUTION: This composition including vitamin K is obtained by coating a nuclei formulated with vitamin K an intermediate film and a light shielding film including coloring agent such as a yellow diiron trioxide, yellow iron oxide, diiron trioxide, iron oxidered, sodium copper chlorophylline, yellow NO 4 aluminum lake and/or titanium oxide, and includes methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and/or polyvinyl alcohol in the intermediate film and/or the light shielding film.
