<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of storing a contained substance in low humidity atmosphere stably against a load fluctuation, such as opening and closing of a door and a change of the contained substance. SOLUTION: An automatic low humidity storing device is provided with a dehumidifying unit to effect dehumidifying treatment of the interior of a chamber through intermittent heating regeneration treatment of a drying agent by a control means. The automatic low humidity storing device enables control of the velocity of air and an capacity of a fan, mounted on a dehumidifying unit, such that humidity in the chamber can reach present humidity.</p> |
