<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To qualitatively evaluate the unevenness of quality by measuring the quality of a one having a dimension of a prescribed reference dimension or less, and comparing the result with a prescribed value. SOLUTION: This evaluation device for produce or processed food thereof comprises a spectral analyzer for emitting lights differed in wavelength to the sample of produce such as paddy, rice, fruit, etc., or a processed food thereof to measure the absorbance, and applying it to a calibration curve to measure a chemical characteristic value or physical characteristic value; means for dividing the individual size of the produce to be measured according to a predetermined dimensional standard, and a calculating means for calculating the individual measured value of a prescribed value or less by this division. This device otherwise comprises a means for dividing the individual size according to the predetermined dimensional standard and measuring the divided mass to take into account the divided mass.</p> |
