<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the positive crankcase ventilation(PCV) valve of a blowby gas circulation path and an external passage against travel air so as to prevent freezing by effectively using an intake manifold when the intake manifold is disposed, on the front side of a vehicle, in an engine body. SOLUTION: In an intake system structure, an oil separator chamber 15 formed of a synthetic resin member is disposed between the engine body 1 and the intake manifold 5 located ahead of the engine body 1, the PCV valve 25 is connected to the chamber 15, and a PCV hose 26 is connected to a section between the PCV valve 25 and the intake manifold 5. The approximate whole of the blowby gas circulation path leading from the PCV valve 25 to the intake manifold 5 through the PCV hose 26 is disposed in such a manner as to be housed in the plane of projection of the intake manifold 5 when seen from the front side of the vehicle.</p> |
