PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the minimum size of image information pasted on information obtained from the outside when the latter information is reduced and displayed matching the size of a screen. SOLUTION: When the information (HTML) is received from the outside, the information is reduced at a rate matching the screen size. Here, the image information pasted on the mentioned information is extracted (A4) and when the size of the image information is smaller than specific prescribed size, the image information is varied in size in accordance with the specific prescribed size (A5 to A7) so that the reduced image is displayed on the screen (A8, A9). Thus, the information obtained from the outside can be displayed within the screen by being reduced at the rate matching the screen size and further a pasted image is displayed by varying the rate so that it will not become smaller than the prescribed size so that the minimum size required for identification and judgment can be secured, thereby eliminating the trouble that the pasted image on the screen becomes too small to see.
