PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation valve for draining oil capable of enhancing operation efficiency in a condition where it is attached in a narrow operation space. SOLUTION: The operation valve 1 is provided with a main body 2, a discharge oil guiding member 3, and a positioning nut 4. The main body 2 is provided with a valve chest 21, a connection part 22 for connecting a valve element 24 to a drain port, and an operation means 25 for operating openingly and closingly the valve 1. When the connection part 22 is screwed in to the drain port, the main body 2 is rotated to fix an attitude of the main body 2 in a point of time when the operation means 25 is brought into a position easy to be operated. The fixiation is carried out by tightening the nut 4. The guiding member 3 is directed toward a direction leading out the discharge oil to be fixed, after the fixiation of the main body 2.
