PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure easily inserting and hardly slipping out a housing panel and installed in a surely locked state even when an engaging part such as a projection is not arranged on the housing panel. SOLUTION: In this installing structure of the housing panel 18 formed on a side wall surface of a unit bath adjacently to a wall panel 17, a side end bending part 15 of the wall panel and a side end bending part 16 of the housing panel are joined while engaging with each other via a panel column 19 erected on a floor pan of the unit bath. The panel column 10 forms a cross-sectional almost U shape having an opening part on the unit bath indoor side, and has the engaging part 12 for engaging with the side end bending part 15 of the wall panel 17 and an abutting part 14 abutting to the reverse side of the wall panel 17, and has the housing panel 18 and an inward bending hook-shaped bending part 13 for engaging with the side end bending part 16 of the housing panel 18.
