一种加速器噪声故障诊断方法
摘要
本发明公开了一种加速器噪声故障的诊断方法,其步骤采用将脉冲变压器与加速器的脉冲调制器、电子枪、磁控管连接。由放置在脉冲变压器位置的传声器采集加速器的噪声信号。传声器与数据采集卡连接,数据采集卡输出数据信号送至计算机,计算机按储备噪声数据信号对输入信号进行处理后求出加速器的工作状态是否正常并给出可能发生的故障类型。本发明解决了加速器工作过程中可对其进行实时监测和故障分析的问题,弥补了现有技术的不足。
