PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read data stored in an EEPROM in a state with the EEPROM being mounted on a circuit board as it is, and readily read the data of the EEPROM, even when an electronic circuit has broken down. SOLUTION: The writing to the EEPROM 1 is controlled with a microcomputer 2. Resistors 7, 8, 9, 10 are inserted in signal lines 3, 4, 5 6 which connect the microcomputer 2 with the EEPROM, and an external terminal 15 is installed. An external apparatus for check is connected with the external terminal 15. By turning the external terminal 15, which is connected with a CS terminal, into H level, writing of the data to the EEPROM 1 from the external apparatus and reading of the data stored in the EEPROM 1 from the external apparatus are enabled. |
