PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated gas sensor element, in which the sensor element coping with miniaturization can be manufactured with satisfactory efficiency, in such a way that from among solid electrolyte layers laminated on a layer used for electrically connecting the conductive parts installed on the surface and the rear via a through-hole, insulating property up to a part situated near a part on the through-hole is ensured. SOLUTION: An infrared ceramic sheet 22, which comprises unfired conductive patterns 223 and 224 used to set the surface and the rear into continuity via the through-hole 221s and on which an insulating layer 222c is formed and an unfired solid electrolyte layer 21 are laminated. Here, an unfired-part insulating pattern 23a in a mode which stretches over the opening end edge of the through-hole 221a is formed and laminated in a part facing the opening end edge of the through-hole 221s of the layer 21. |
