PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an acidic detergent for cleaning hard surfaces, particularly beer brewery facilities. SOLUTION: The acidic detergent for hard surfaces comprises (a) phosphoric acid, (b) an ampholytic surface active agent to be represented by the formula (wherein R1 is an 8-18C alkyl group or an alkenyl group; R2 and R3 may be the same or different and are each a 1-4C alkyl group or an alkyl group substituted with a hydroxyl group), (c) a nonionic surface active agent to be represented by the formula: R1O(C2H4O)m(C4H8)nR2 (wherein R1 is an 8-18C alkyl group or an alkenyl group; R2 is a 1-4C alkyl group or an alkenyl group; m is a number of 3-15; and n is a number of 1-6) as the effective components. |
