PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it compatible to ensure lubricating properties and reduce friction thereof by supplying a necessary and sufficient amount of lubricating oil to a forward starting clutch and a reverse starting clutch of a change gear for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The change gear is equipped with the forward starting clutch C1 comprised of multiple wet clutches and engaged at forward running of a vehicle and the rear starting clutch C2 comprised of multiple wet clutches and engaged at rear starting of the vehicle. Controlling an amount of oil fed into the forward starting clutch to be greater than an amount of an oil fed into the reverse starting clutch C2 on forward running of the vehicle and controlling an amount of an oil fed into the reverse starting clutch C2 to be greater than an amount of an oil fed into the forward starting clutch C1 on reverse running of the vehicle make it compatible to ensure lubricating properties and to reduce the friction.
