PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle structure of a motorcycle, capable of enhancing an appearance as a merchandise value by miniaturizing a handle cover and making it laterally symmetrical. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle equipped with a disc brake device as a braking means, a master cylinder unit 41 and a brake lever 37 to press it is provided in the vicinity of the grip 35 of a handle 4 on one side, a pressing part 37b to press the master cylinder unit 41 of the brake lever 37 takes the form of a stepped shape by making it offset to the lower side than the rotatable level of the operating lever part 37a, and the whole master cylinder unit 41 is covered with a laterally symmetrical handle cover 10. Since the pressing part 37b of the brake lever 37 takes the form of the stepped shape by making it offset to the lower side than the operating lever part 37a, the height of the master cylinder unit 41 can be lowered by the offset amount, and the handle cover 10 to cover the whole master cylinder 41 can be miniaturized while forming the laterally symmetrical shape.
