PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element material suitably employed for obtaining an organic light-emitting element capable of high intensity luminance and excellent in light emission efficiency, and an organic light- emitting element using the same. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element material is represented by general formula (1), wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituting group and can be linked together to form a ring; R4 is a hydrogen atom, or a substituted or unsubstituted, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heterocyclic, alkylcarbonyl, arylcarbonyl, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, aryloxycarbonyl, carbamoyl or sulfamoyl group; Z is an atomic group to form an aromatic ring; A is a copolymerized monomer unit; k is an integer of 1-100; n is an integer of 0-99; and the sum of k and n is 100. The organic light-emitting element comprises the organic light-emitting element material.
