PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing device capable of always surely obtaining a stable filter processed signal necessary for weight determination of a weighing object without installing an approach conveyer for avoiding two piece riding. SOLUTION: This weighing instrument 1 is equipped with a conveying mechanism 2 conveying the weighing object X; a load cell 3 supporting the conveying mechanism 2 and outputting a weighing signal S1; plural lowpass filters 7-1 to 7-8 conducting filter processing in parallel of the weighing signal S1 of the load cell 3 by different filter characteristics; and a control unit detecting simultaneously conveying two or more weighing objects X, X with the conveying mechanism 2 based on a signal tim of an article sensor 11. When two piece riding is detected, the control unit 1 selects the weighing signal whose filter processing is finished until two piece riding is produced as a weight determination signal of the weighing object X.
