PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain wide and fine wind direction control with the aid of the calm and smooth motion of a vertical wind direction alteration blade. SOLUTION: An indoor machine blow-off outlet structure of an air conditioner is adapted such that it comprises a blow-off grill, a plurality of divisions of vertical wind direction alteration blades 6L, 6R, a plurality of horizontal wind direction alteration blades, and coupling mechanisms 10L, 10R, 11L, 11R of the foregoing vertical wind direction alteration blades 6L, 6R, and the foregoing horizontal wind direction alteration blade. In the structure, the air conditioner is characterized in a point contact structure between the divided vertical air direction alteration blades which structure includes a protrusion 14L on the tip end 13L of the coupling shaft 11L for bringing the adjacent divided vertical wind direction alteration blades 6L, 6R into a point contact structure.
