PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower wall structure of an indoor partition for installing the lower wall structure of the partition having baseboards made of a few parts and completely stopping water under a wall by simple work. SOLUTION: This lower wall structure has a support 12 composed of upper and lower baseboard connecting metal fittings 15a and 15b supported by a plurality of columns 14 erected at every proper interval on a floor surface under a partition wall, a pair of baseboards 13 mutually arranged in parallel to lower both sides of the partition wall A are supported on both ends of both baseboard connecting metal fittings 15a and 15b, concrete 35 is placed between both baseboards by leaving a partition wall fitting groove between the upper end parts, and the lower end of the partition wall A is fitted and supported between the upper ends of both baseboards 13.
