PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a pipe end sealing device for reinforcing a steel structure including a towery object, sealing a pipe end opening part of a brace material using a steel pipe to be connected and lengthening the useful life of the structure by protecting a rust preventive layer in the pipe. SOLUTION: Presser metal fittings 14 and 14' are installed by using a connecting material 21 fixed to the pipe end of the brace material 2, a bolt head part being an idle part of fastened bolts and nuts 22 and 22' for connecting a main column of the steel structure and nuts, and a cover body 10 for blocking up the opening part of the brace material 2 is pressed via these presser metal fittings 14 and 14' to watertightly seal the opening part.
