PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl with a trap preventive function capable of easily providing a function to prevent the rupture of sealed water in a drainage trap without requiring much labor even when an external drain pipe having a vent pipe and an air intake valve installed therein are not disposed near the toilet bowl. SOLUTION: In this toilet bowl 10 having the trap protective function for preventing the sealed water 22 from being ruptured in the drain trap 21, a low tank 15 for storing water for drainage is divided into a water storage chamber 16 and an air intake valve chamber 17, and air intake pipe 19 having an air intake valve 18 fitted at the tip thereof is disposed in the air intake valve chamber 17, and the lower end of the air intake pipe 19 is opened to the lower side of the lower tank 15. Then, the lower end of the air intake pipe 19 is openably connected to an equipment drain pipe 11 installed in the toilet bowl 10 to feed the air fed from the air intake valve 18 to the downstream side of a drainage trap 21.
