PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid processing unit capable of reducing energy necessary for heating a fluid to process the same. SOLUTION: Water, that is a fluid, is heated as it passes through the first channel 3 of a heat exchanger 1, before it is sterilized in a heating unit 15 by exchanging heat with water that has been heated and raised in temperature by the electric heater 16 of the heating unit 15 and is flowing in a second channel 5, in a direction which is opposite to the flowing direction of the water in the first channel 3. As a result, water can be heated and raised in temperature by the heat exchanger 1, before it is sterilized by heating in the heating unit 15, so that the heating intensity of the electric heater 16 can be reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce energy necessary for sterilizing water for heating. |
