PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master plate for lithographic printing excellent in printing wear durability, developing property and scratch resistance (pressure resistance) and to provide a method for manufacturing the master plate, and a method for manufacturing a lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: In the master plate for lithographic printing having an image forming layer containing hot-melt particles and an intermediate layer between the image forming layer and a supporting body, the intermediate layer contains a substance having a higher penetration than that of the hot-melt particles. |
