<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the output of a solar battery is slightly lowered in the fluctuation period of an operating point and the utilization ratio of the solar battery falls because the operating point of the solar battery is always made to fluctuate by MPPT control in order to make the operation of the solar battery a maximum output point. SOLUTION: The average value of operating voltages V becomes V1 because a voltage target value VR at t0 is set to V1. The maximum value of the operating voltage V becomes V3 and the minimum value becomes V2 because ripples caused by the operation of a power controller take place in the operating voltage V. A generated power P pulsates in accordance with the pulsation of the operating voltage V, and shows the maximum power P0 at an operating voltage V2 and the minimum power P1 at an operating voltage V3. P0 is detected as a detected maximum power value Pmax and V2 is detected as a voltage detection value VPmax in a period up to t1. Then, the voltage target value VR after t1 is updated to V2, and the voltage target value V2 is held at least up to t2.</p> |
