<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tread of a stair having a high safety. SOLUTION: This tread comprises a tread main body 2, a horizontal portion 5 attached to the rear top portion of the tread main body 2 and a decorative nosing member 4 with a reversed L-shaped cross section having a hang portion 6 attached to the rear surface of the rear tread portion, and a decorative tread 7 attached to the top surface of the tread main body 2, and a non-slip groove 9 is formed on the top surface of a horizontal portion 5 of the decorative nosing member 4, and a rear corner portion at the top side of the member 4 has a projected curved surface with a radius of curvature of 5 mm to 10 mm.</p> |
