MEDICINAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING EXCESSIVE SWEATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition for treating cholinergic excessive sweating. SOLUTION: The medicinal composition containing a therapeutically effective amount of a Botulinum toxin is administered. The Botulinum toxin is preferably Botulinum toxin type A and administered at a dose of about 0.01 to 50 units. The method for administering the medicinal composition comprises injecting the medicinal composition in a nerve controlling a sweat gland. The cholinergic excessive sweating can be reduced by administering the medicinal composition containing the Botulinum toxin.
