PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedding agent of pathological tissue that has improved permeability with respect to cell organization and slicing properties of cells, will not crack even at low temperatures, and will be modified during its storage. SOLUTION: The embedding agent of pathological tissue can be formed by combining at least one of oil-based paraffin wax (b) and oil-based microcrystalline wax, polyisobutylene, ethylene-acetic acid vinyl copolymer, and polybutene (b).
