PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape-measuring apparatus which can measure appropriate three-dimensional shape with fewer number of measurement procedures. SOLUTION: The shape-measuring apparatus has a mirror placed on a measurement stage, a transparent glass plate, disposed in parallel to the mirror and above the mirror, a measuring head including a slit light-irradiating means and an imaging element for measuring the shape of an object to be measured by a light-section method, a position-detecting means for detecting the position of the measuring head, and a calculating means for obtaining the three- dimensional shape of the object to be measured, on the basis of images imaged by the imaging element of the measuring head and the position of the measuring head detected by the position-detecting means.
