PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directly stuck floor heating panel capable of ensuring satisfactory sound insulating performance without increasing the thickness of a cushioning member. SOLUTION: A directly stuck floor heating panel that is directly laid on a concrete slab, etc., comprises a panel body 10 having a V-shaped pattern with the back surface in which many cut grooves 14 are formed; a sheet member 20 having extensibility and comprising unwoven fabric where polyester fibers, etc., are intervened, a face shaped heating structure 30 stuck on the back of the panel body 10 through the sheet member 20- and having a self temperature control characteristic; two power supply lines and one earth line, the former traversing in the lateral direction of the panel body 10 in the state where it is connected with the face shaped heating structure 30; a fixed side connector and a movable side connector connected with both ends of the power supply lines and the earth line; and a cushioning member 40 stuck on the back side of the panel body 10 to cover the face shaped heating structure 30 and having extensibility.
