PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of dioxin generation when burning a PVC tape by providing a non-halogen tape as a substitute for the PVC tape for binding automobile wires. SOLUTION: In an adhesive tape having a tape prepared by forming a PO(polyolefin) resin into a band form and an adhesive laminated on one side of the tape at a thickness of from 5 to 40μm, the unwinding force at an unwinding speed of 5 m/min is specified to from 2 to 10 N/10 mm.
