<p>The invention relates to a method and device for controlling the shifting of gears in an automated transmission of a motor vehicle, whereby the engine (1) of the motor vehicle can be connected to the transmission input shaft via a clutch (2). A control device (4) and an electronic shifter control (5) that is arranged in the passenger compartment are provided for implementing the shifting of gears and/or the different driving positions. The clutch (2) is opened and the transmission input shaft is decoupled from the engine output shaft when the driver correspondingly places the shifter control (5) into neutral (driving position N) and/or during a transmission gear change. In addition, the transmission (3) can be shifted into a neutral position of the transmission and the driving state of the motor vehicle (driving operation or standstill operation) is determined. The constructive measures and thus the associated costs of an automated transmission are reduced by virtue of the fact that, during driving operation of the motor vehicle, therefore, in the instance of a traveling motor vehicle, only the clutch (2) is firstly opened when the transmission is shifted into neutral and/or into reverse gear via the shifter control (5) so that the transmission input shaft is still connected in a drive-effective manner to the wheels (7) of the motor vehicle also after the clutch (2) is opened.</p> |
