Binder for binding pollutants in contaminated soils and/or for soil stabilisation

A soil binder, based on equal amounts of Portland cement clinker, pozzolanic material and latent hydraulic material with a small addition of inert material, is new. Preferred Features: The binder contains 25-30 wt.% each of Portland cement clinker, pozzolanic material (especially flyash) and latent hydraulic material (especially ground slag sand), together with 10-15 wt.% of inert material (especially ground limestone).
