<p>PURPOSE: A base station apparatus and a mobile station apparatus are provided to minimize control delays in closed-loop transmission power control and suppress the deterioration of the measuring accuracy due to a reduced SIR measurement time. CONSTITUTION: Both the up and down lines are appropriately provided with up and down slot offset by separately arranging the pilot data and the data for transmission power control inside slots. Namely, at a base station and a mobile station, the arrangement of data inside the slot is determined while considering delay. For example, pilot data(401) and data(402) for transmission power control are separated and between them, data(403) are sandwiched. In this case, at the mobile station, an SIR is measured while using the received pilot data(404) and the result is contained in the transmission power control data(405). Furthermore, the slot is shifted just for Tshift.</p> |
