Concretely, the system arranges service facility data in ranking order by making the service facility data having a rank '1' the highest order as to display order. The system sets the color of service facility data of approval enterprises being ranks '1' to '4' in a different color as to display colors and sets colors of the service facility data of non-approval enterprises being a rank '5' to a monochromatic color or the like.
