PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a high heat exchanging efficiency without requiring a fixing member or the like even if carbon dioxide refrigerant is used. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a refrigerant heat transfer pipe 13 for circulating the carbon dioxide refrigerant; a heat transfer pipe 14a for hot water storage arranged alternately with the refrigerant heat transfer pipe 13 for circulating water for hot water storage flowing in opposite flow to the refrigerant; a reheating heat transfer pipe 14b arranged alternately with the refrigerant heat transfer pipe 13 for allowing water for reheating to flow in opposite flow to the refrigerant; and a heat conduction plate 15 penetrated and fitted by the refrigerant heat exchange pipe 13, the heat transfer pipe 14a for hot water storage, and the heat transfer pipe 14b for reheating for performing heat exchange between the refrigerant and the water for hot water storage and between the refrigerant and the water for reheating. Therefore, even if the carbon dioxide refrigerant having a high operating pressure is used, an efficient heat exchange can be performed by a simple constitution. |
