PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological reagent array and its preparing method, for detecting interaction of a target sample as an object of detection or analysis and a biological reagent for analysis on an array, e.g. nucleic acid, peptide or protein, without having to label the target proteins or nucleic acids. SOLUTION: A biological reagent array is formed on a substrate by bonding fluorescent pigment, having fluorescent characteristics varying between associated state and non-associated state, to one end of the molecular chain of a biological reagent and arranging spots which are fixed with the biological reagent in a prescribed arrangement. |
