PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual chlorine analyzer which reduces the number of components, whose assembling time is shortened and which can be controlled in detail. SOLUTION: In the residual chlorine analyzer, a rod-like indicating electrode 10 and a reference electrode 50 are immersed in a specimen solution, a voltage is applied across both electrodes, and a free available chlorine concentration in the specimen solution is measured on the basis of a current flowing across the electrodes. The chlorine analyzer is constituted, in such a way that an outer tube 17 is installed on the outer circumference of the indication electrode and that the outer tube is turned by ring-shaped magnets 29, 28. The rotating shaft of the magnets turning the outer tube and the axial center of the indicating electrode are arranged so as to coincide. |
