PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pour-out port member which can be changed in a cross- sectional shape of an opening and has tamperproof and resealable functions, and to provide a packaging bag having the member thermally welded. SOLUTION: The pour-out port member has a base to be thermally welded to a packaging bag, a cylinder whose top is sealed and a lid mounted to cover the cylinder, while the cylinder is formed so that a cross-sectional shape of an opening can be changed depending on a position to be opened. The cylinder and the lid are preferably formed to be capable of locking at different positions before and after opening. Further, the pour-out port member is thermally welded to a periphery of the packaging bag. Such a packaging bag preferably receives a topping sauce such as a fruit sauce for example. |
