摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling a hot-water/water mixing device capable of accurately controlling mixing according to operation modes even in the case of two or more operation modes wherein pressure conditions with respect to supply pressure balance of hot water and water to be mixed are provided. SOLUTION: Water from a water supply pipe is heated by a heating means and heated water is supplied to a mixing control valve through a hot water delivery pipe, and simultaneously water is supplied to the mixing control valve through a water bypass pipe branched from the water supply pipe. A circulation heating circuit branched from the hot water delivery pipe and having a circulation pump interposed therein is formed to supply heat source hot water for heat exchange heating at the time of reheating. The relation of mixing ratios to positions of a motor for the mixing control valve in a hot water supply single operation mode (mode 1) and a hot water supply/reheating simultaneous operation mode (mode 2) is studied in advance and stored. The position of the motor corresponding to a target mixing ratio is indexed from valve control characteristics of a current mode on the basis of the detected current mode. At the time of switching from the mode 1 to the mode 2, the position of the motor is shifted fromθQ toθQ+F to keep the target mixing ratioρt.
