摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-Mg-Si based Al alloy sheet having excellent bending workability and suitably used as a stock for press forming for an automobile body panel material, or the like. SOLUTION: This alloy sheet contains, as essential components, by weight, 0.1 to 3.0% Mg and 0.1 to 2.5% Si, and the balance Al, and its limit deformability is >=0.80. As alloy components, one or more kinds selected from <=1.0% Fe, <=1.0% Mn, <=0.3% Cr, <=0.3% Zr, <=0.3% V and <=0.1% Ti, or further one or more kinds selected from <=1.0% Cu, <=0.2% Ag and <=1.0% Zn, or further <=0.2% Sn may be incorporated therein. The limit deformability is evaluated by the cross-sectional changing rateε, expressed asε=- ln(T/T 0)+ln(W/W0)}, of the fracture part after a tensile test as shown in Figure 1. T0 and W0 are the sheet thickness and sheet width of the test piece before the tensile test, respectively, and T and W are the sheet thickness and sheet width of the fracture part after the test, respectively.
