PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a new gold alloy for personal ornaments suitably used as a material for constituting personal ornaments combining an ornamental function with a health-promoting or treating/curative function. SOLUTION: This gold alloy for personal ornaments has a composition consisting of, by weight, >=75% gold, 3-5% germanium and the balance silver and copper.
