<p>A cutter 1 for removing tissue, comprises a cutter head 2 and a cutter shank 3 which carries the head 2 in a rotationally fixed manner. A drive 4 drives the cutter shank and head together in rotation. A rotatable sleeve 5 is provided, for adjustability of the effectiveness of the cutter for the removal of cartilaginous or bony tissue parts, which comprises an inner bore 6 arranged eccentrically to the middle axis of the sleeve, and a second stationary sleeve 8 arranged in the inner bore 6 of the first sleeve and which has an inner bore 9 which is arranged eccentrically to the middle axis of the second sleeve for passage of the cutter shank 3 therethrough. Rotation of the first sleeve by a handle 11 enables the eccentricity of the cutter head 2 relative to the sleeve to be adjusted.</p> |
