Given mixture contains high-grade wheat flour, mixture for producing cream (basic) composed of mass of butter, condensed whole boiled milk and cake surface decoration. Colored cream containing mixture of butter, condensed milk, vanillin and colorant is further introduced into composition. Impregnating compound contains water and honey mixture, and fruit filler is composed of dried apricots and sand sugar. Biscuit half-finished product mixture further contains whole milk and condensed milk, soda, vanillin and citric acid. Cream mixture for producing basic cream may contain vanillin. Cake upper surface decoration may be made from biscuit half-finished product crumb. Mentioned components are used in predetermined amounts.
