<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joy stick structure which adapts well to an extra small joy stick and is easy to assemble and a joy stick having a switch. SOLUTION: This joy stick 50 having a switch is provided with a pair of cases being an upper case 1 and a lower case 2 which are divided horizontally into two with the centers of rotating shafts M1 and M2 as a boundary, two rotary variable resistors V1 and V2 where the rotating shafts M1 and M2 are attached to the outer side face of the pair of the cases so as to cross orthogonally with each other, a stick 5 capable of freely inclining around a vertical axis Z with the lower end part as a center in an optional direction within the movable range where the maximum inclination angleϕranges between 45 to 90 deg. and also sliding in the direction of a central axis C, automatic returning means K1 and K2 for energizing the stick 5 with spring stress so as to stabilize its vertical state, an independent connecting means N for connecting the shafts M1 and M2 and the stick 5 respectively independently in a rotating direction, and a push type switch 41 arranged together with a board 40 on the bottom of the lower case 2. A hemispherical contact block 18 is provided at the lower end part of the stick 5, and the switch is pressed down to be turned on by a pressing operation under any controlled state.</p> |
