<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whole blood immunoassay, in which the effects of blood cell can be removed, without affecting antigen antibody reaction. SOLUTION: A whole blood sample and sensitized insoluble carrier particles are mixed to undergo immune agglutination, and an agglutination mixture thus obtained is diluted with an aqueous solution, containing a red blood cell dissolving agent, so as to prepare a sample for measuring the extent of agglutination.</p> |
